The core ImageResizer tools (resize, crop, compress, convert, flip, rotate) process images entirely inside your browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers.
ImageResizer provides browser-based image editing tools including image resizing, cropping, compression, format conversion, and related utilities. The Service is provided "as is" with optimal availability and performance in mind.
We continuously optimize and maintain our tools, deploying regular performance updates to improve client-side rendering speed.
User Accounts
Registration
Core tools do not require an account. If you choose to register for advanced Pro features, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
Account security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@imageresizer.bd if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. All associated profile data will be permanently wiped.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ImageResizer only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Illegal content: Process content that violates any applicable local or international law.
- Abuse: Use automated scripts or bots to spam the service or circumvent rate limits.

Intellectual Property
Our content
The ImageResizer brand, website design, UI components, graphics, and code are owned by ImageResizer and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your content
You retain 100% full ownership of all images you edit using ImageResizer. Because all processing is client-side in your browser, we neither claim nor require any license over your photos.
Subscriptions & Payments
Billing
Optional Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied, email billing@imageresizer.bd for a full refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ImageResizer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We recommend always keeping backups of your original image files before performing batch editing or compression.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImageResizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate account access if a user repeatedly breaches these Terms of Use or engages in fraudulent behavior.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, with good-faith dispute resolution as the primary mechanism.
